Masters Series for Roland TD-17!
Master Series offers you 6 Volumes of Artist kits and sounds. You select the volume/pack(s) that best represent your playing style and needs. Fully created using the onboard Roland samples of the TD-17 (prismatic sound modeling adapted from the TD50). This series gives you every bit you’ll need to get started, from classic to modern drum sounds, all with plug and play ease of use. Each volume will easily combine with other TD-17 Master Series volumes using V Drum Librarian for simple file transfer to and from your TD-17/computer. Volume 1: Rock (10 kits)- Classic Rock and Rock genre based – get that indelible vintage 3 ply sound you’ve been craving. Many of these drummers influenced countless musicians in the making. Hit your gigs hard with this vintage drum pack that spans the Classic decades of Rock.
Volume 2: Metal (10 kits) - Picks up the pace with Artist kits covering some of the Hard Rock and Heavy Metal Drummers. Drums built for longevity, loud projection, and power are what this pack is all about. This collection is a staple for any rock-based drummer. For the best tools of the trade.
Volume 3: Jazz, Latin, and Fusion (20 kits) - Built for the discerning drummer who requires refined jazz drum sounds and a unique perspective. Latin Acoustic drum flavors have been faithfully programmed even down to cowbell/ timbale tunings, and left foot cowbell/tambourine details. The Fusion drummers are well represented. Rounding out this pack are the famous Classic Jazz drummers and brush masters.
Volume 4: Prog 10 (10 kits) - Progressive drummers with big powerful drum kits including lots of bells and whistles give this pack a winning tone. Many top-notch drum brands are represented using their Signature lines. Get the tunings, tones, and low-end rumble you’ve come to expect from progressive rock drum kits.
Volume 5: Bonham & Co (10 kits) - 6 well-crafted John Bonham drum kits spanning his career with Led Zeppelin. 2 of these famous Bonham kits are built from real life period replica drum kit counterparts with Bonzo’s tunings and ambient nature added: Vistalite and 3 Ply Maple. A few other great drummers added. Enough said.
Volume 6: Peart & Co (10 kits) - 2 Peart Kits (Tama and DW), Ringo Starr, and other great 70’s/80’s era drummers to make this pack really shine. The Professor and his colleagues shaped music/drumming forever. This pack is a must have.
Our 2 Combo packages include 13 Free additional Artist kits (not offered in any of the single volume purchases). Some of these kits feature newly created V Expression Ltd sample data. These kits are only supplied as kit files, so you will have to load them in individually.
